Citybranch was established in 1982 and is an award-winning property development and investment company based in South Manchester.  Over the past 39 years, the company has acquired and developed a variety of commercial and residential projects concentrating primarily in the North West of England.

The company was formed as a long-term institutional investor but progressed to acquire shopping centres as medium-term investments with greater asset management / redevelopment potential in the longer term.

The company has also focused on identifying key buildings and land in prime locations, obtaining residential planning consent and successfully delivering prestigious homes and exclusive apartments.  Citybranch continues to evolve to take advantage of changes in the economic climate and trends in development.

In 2014, Citybranch Healthcare was formed to deliver exciting, transformational regeneration projects with the Public Sector, most notably Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT) and NHS Property Services (NHSPS).  A number are at the embryonic stage whilst others, such as Altrincham Hospital for MFT and a Health & Wellbeing Hub for NHSPS, are now signed, sealed and delivered and in full operation.
